The important stuff. Slightly less fun than the rest of the website, but still worth reading.
At KindaPrinted, we make and ship novelty items designed to surprise, confuse, and occasionally make people laugh.
Before placing an order, please read the policies below so everyone stays happy and nobody blames us for starting family drama.
📦 Order Processing
All items are made and prepared by our team before shipment. Because of this, please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships.
During busy periods or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer. We promise we're working on it, probably with coffee and questionable music playing in the background.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, but delays can occasionally happen.
Once a package leaves our hands, it is in the carrier’s control. If a package is delayed, lost, or arrives looking like it fought a bear during transit, please contact the shipping provider first.
Of course, if something seems truly wrong, you can always contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
📬 Gag Mail & Surprise Deliveries
Some of our products are designed to be sent directly to someone else as a surprise.
By purchasing these items, you acknowledge that:
• The recipient may not expect the package
• The contents are intended as a harmless novelty or gag
• KindaPrinted is not responsible for personal disputes, awkward conversations, or revenge plots that may result from the delivery
Please use common sense and good judgment when sending gag items.
If you're unsure whether something is appropriate to send to someone, it probably isn't.
⚠️ Acceptable Use Policy
Our products are intended for humor, novelty, and entertainment purposes.
They must not be used for:
• Harassment
• Threats or intimidation
• Illegal activities
• Impersonating official organizations or services
We reserve the right to cancel orders if we believe they are intended for malicious or harmful purposes.
In other words:
Be funny, not a jerk.
🔁 Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of many novelty items and surprise shipments, most items are non-returnable once shipped.
However, we will absolutely make things right if:
• Your item arrives damaged
• You receive the wrong item
• Something is clearly defective
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
We'll review the issue and work with you on a replacement or refund.
📍 Shipping Address Responsibility
Please double-check the shipping address before placing your order.
If a package is sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information entered at checkout, we may not be able to retrieve or resend the item.
Unfortunately we cannot break into houses to recover packages. We checked.

We are not responsible for:
• Reactions from recipients
• Social consequences of prank deliveries
• Misuse of products
• Packages opened in front of parents, bosses, or in-laws
By purchasing from our store, you agree that you are responsible for how and where our products are sent.
